Shipping

• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Canada: Standard shipping 5-8 business days | Express 2-4 business days
• United States: Standard shipping 7-15 business days | Express 7-15 business days
• Free shipping on orders over $80 CAD (Canada) and $100 USD (US)

All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged to protect your crystals during shipping. Items are individually cushioned with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• Exchanges are subject to availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders, sale items marked as final sale, and crystal specimens (raw stones, clusters, geodes) that are one-of-a-kind are not eligible for return.
