If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email hello@auracrystal.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US orders) or return instructions (international orders). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Note: Personalised, engraved or custom items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
